I'm Chad Middleton, and I’ve spent the better part of my 20-year career climbing the corporate ladder and working with some of the largest custom home builders in Austin and its surrounding areas. Having built hundreds of homes, I’ve garnered experience from every aspect of the building process. I’ve learned what to do and frankly, what’s not in the best interest of the homeowner.
As time went on, I realized something was missing. I needed to make the building process personal again, so I based my company on values of faith, family, and friendship. Here at CBH Hill Country Homes, our customers will not be just another number/part of a business plan. I’ve worked for large and small builders, and I’ve worn both the blue and white collars of construction and have excelled in both.

I'm a lifelong Texan and when I’m not busy building homes that transform the lives of our customers, I can be found on the lake enjoying life with my beloved wife, Brendi, and our son and star apprentice, Hudson.
